Compliant with EMV standards, this app ensures secure passcode generation for authenticating MasterCard and Visa online payments. Additionally, the CA Mobile OTP app aligns with HOTP standards to generate one-time passcodes for Web portal and VPN authentication.

How it operates:

• To activate the CA Technologies authentication solution, your card issuer, such as your bank or online account provider, must implement this system. Upon signing up for enhanced security, they will provide you with a link to download the account onto your device, alongside your user ID and an activation code. After installing the CA Mobile OTP app on your device, you input the details given by the organization to set up OTP authentication. Following this setup, you create a personal PIN that will be used to generate OTPs for this particular account. The passcodes can be generated offline, enabling you to authenticate anytime, anywhere by using the one-time passcodes generated on your device. When prompted to authenticate for online account access or online shopping verification, simply open the CA Mobile OTP app, enter your personal PIN, and view the OTP displayed on your device. Enter this OTP into the application prompt to authenticate your online payment transaction or account login.
